International Students
The Barnard community includes undergraduates from all around the world. International students contribute to the diversity and vibrancy of the campus community and are an important part of the College's academic and social life. As of Fall 2024, international students comprised 16% of the Barnard student population representing 60 countries.
Prospective international students work with Barnard's Office of Admissions to submit their applications to Barnard. Barnard's Office of Admissions will guide you through the admissions and financial aid processes.
New international students work with the Office of International Student Services (ISS) to submit their I-20 request forms.
Continuing international students are supported by the Office of International Student Services (ISS) through Access Barnard. ISS advises students on visa regulations, travel, work, cultural integration, campus involvement, and more.
